Tim demo'ed this item on the May meeting and it was excellent demo.
The bowl is used as a Salt Cellar. With a loose fit it can be opened while being held with one hand, or a suction fit so the lid won't fall off easily. The bowl should allow for pinching some salt in seasoning food.
A Salt Cellar is a great gift for people who cook... You can store normal salt,
and use it while cooking or finishing salt and place it on the dining room table.
It can be made from one piece of wood, or three (bowl, lid, finial) in contrasting and complementary wood.
It can be elegant or whimsical (for example Stacked Mushrooms or an Acorn).
The class will use a jam chuck or cole jaws to finish the bottom

We need helpers to set up and cleanup after the class.
I can't be there for a couple months so we need people to step up .
